Sliced beef with arugola,tomatoes and flakes of parmesan with potatoes “Ampezzana style”

Veal medallions with speck, flambè brandy and early potatoes browned with rosemary

Fresh salmon slice with pink pepper, curry mashed potatoes and avocado mayonnaise                             

Ampezzana-style beef gulash with soft “Storo’s” polenta (1,7,9,*)

Veal cheek low temperature cooked with it’s sauce and soft polenta
